I want this game back too ! also sitting hours on the pc with my bro' playing this on network. The past half hour I was trying to get the server compiled - seems there is not a lot of a server here ... All in all the svn sources seem to have quite no content - All graphics is missing, no real game code is present ... Where can I get the good old nil - the one that actually works ? Are you still working on this ? I hope so !

Remember when?

I seem to remember a long time ago when a version of NiL shipped with a Linux distro my brother used, probably some flavor of Red Hat. I can't find that distro, but I remember many hours spent on his computer playing this game. What I wouldn't give to have the game back again... Thanks for working on it, and good luck! Remember to give us lots of tantalizing status updates!

It lives! (I think?)

Great to see this thing isn't dead, although looks like it's only developing very slowly. Having trouble building a copy, but I got it working once a long time ago, and this project certainly has potential...

Great! It seems like the project is alive and kicking! :)

Cool, it looks like the project is still alive!

Great to find this wiki after several hours of finding out how to compile this program. I'm glad to see that it's still alive. When I am able to compile the program, I will create a howto on the ubuntu forums, wich definitaly will increase the userbase :). Thanks for the work!
